When it comes to choosing a deodorant, some people may want to avoid aluminum, a common ingredient found in antiperspirants, which are products designed to block odor and stop sweat. These underarm products stop sweat by blocking the sweat pores. Deodorant-only products, on the other hand, don’t contain aluminum. Instead, they only contain ingredients that help reduce body odor.
