Rating 5 out of 5. Nov 12, 2025. I woke up with really bad neck pain last week. I ran to my chiropractor and iced it and put many topical lotions on it. It was going on for 4 days. My chiropractor said it was really inflamed. So when I went home I thought I need to lower the inflammation so I looked in my cabinet and saw Earthley's anti-inflammatory and I thought worth a try! I took it 3 times for 2 days and woke up today with zero pain!!! I really love all of Earthley's products because they taste pretty good, easy to take and they actually work!!

It takes care of nagging pain in my back, shoulders, and hips. I cannot say enough good things about Anti- inflammatory. Thank you for this product!!! I won’t ever be without it.

Rating 5 out of 5. Nov 9, 2025. I bought this (and pain potion) back in September as a way to start getting off Motrin and Tylenol. I’d been getting headaches daily and was tired of taking medicine but also tired of being miserable trying to wait them out. So I started taking this with Pain Potion and it really does help with my headaches! I also recently had a UTI and was in so much pain. I took both products again and it really reduced my pain, especially at night when I was trying to sleep but couldn’t because of the pain. I could definitely tell when it wore off! So thankfully for this product! It’s nice to be able to take something that works naturally with my body!

Rating 5 out of 5. Jun 29, 2025. If you suffer from chronic migraines, inflammation, auto immune disease etc, I cannot recommend this product enough, from my own personal experience. I was running and injured my knee, I also have hashinotos, and suffered severe inflammation and pain. I started taking this product to help. Not only did it help, my weekly (almost daily) migraines completely went away. I was BLOWN away. Thank you Earthly for this miracle tincture.

I’ve been struggling for years sometimes I couldn’t even move. They told me the only thing they could give me was cortisone shots and than I found this and I can go about my day pain free !

I had awful headaches while pregnant but did not want to take either tylenol and ibuprofen, so I was desperately searching for something else to take that would actually help me. This stuff is amazing and honestly works better and quicker than the tylenol or ibuprofen!!
Rating 5 out of 5. Oct 6, 2024. I’ve been using this for almost a year & have been pleased with it. I bought it to help with knee/elbow joint pain & also plantar fasciitis pain. It has made a huge difference & most of the time I don’t have any pain anymore. When I first got it, I took a dose two times a day. I did that until I noticed results. Then I went to one dose a day unless something begins to flare again & I will go back to double doses. The taste is very reminiscent of our family favorite spice Christmas cookie!

Rating 5 out of 5. Oct 4, 2024. I hate taking any medicine and that includes ibuprofen. I have replaced ibuprofen with Earthley’s anti inflammatory. I haven’t had the need to reach for the ibuprofen since getting this. I was taking a stronger prescription of ibuprofen for intense joint pain before and during my period. Although I still have joint pain when I’m on my period, it makes the pain much more bearable and I can go without that prescription. My husband and I use it for occasional headaches and such also. We both really like this product and will continue to buy.
Rating 5 out of 5. Sep 23, 2024. I had a stiff neck so much of the time, using this Anti-inflammatory I rarely think of my neck anymore, also, needing less chiropractor adjustments after I use this! My bottle was empty, and in a few days I had a headache cause of a stiff neck, and back pain, and my shoulder hurt (all things that I know I have issues with). I opened a new bottle and started using it twice daily, and didn't need to go to the chiropractor, which I would have otherwise!

I take it sublingually and hold it under my tongue. I often take this in conjunction with Pain Potion and it takes away literally any migraine and headache I have. I use it for myself and my children ages 5 and 9. Couldn’t live without this.

Rating 5 out of 5. Jun 8, 2024. I have used one of the 4 ounce bottles completely and I need to re order! It helped tremendously with over all aches and pains I have from hips down. I have a high hscrp level that I have not been able to reduce with diet and exercise and have tried many different supplements and herbs. This did not decrease my levels but it did help with the pain and discomfort. I took it as needed. I have noticed a lot more pain since I ran out, so it’s time to re order!

Rating 5 out of 5. Jun 7, 2024. This has been a God send for me! I often have to use Ibuprofen for ocular/vestibular migraines, as well muscle inflammation, and this has been a wonderful replacement for Ibuprofen! I will always have it on hand! Worth it's weight in gold.
