Biological Activity for L-692,585

L-692,585 is a highly potent, non-peptide ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist (K i = 0.8 nM). Increases plasma GH levels in vivo and is 2- to 2.5-fold more potent than GHRP-6.
