Here's how to get started with WeightCare:

1- Start off by placing your order online for one of our Weight Loss programs.

2- Once you've paid for the first month of the program, you'll answer some questions about your health history and weight loss goals. A board certified physician will review your medical questionnaire and connect with you through our telehealth platform.

3 - Once your physician approves you for the program, you'll be notified and your medication will be shipped directly to your door.

4 - We check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of our program and your medication. You also have access to securely message your doctor to ask questions at any time or connect with an in house nutritionist and health coach.

How much does the program cost? Are there longer term plans?

WeightCare offers monthly weight loss plans as well as multi-month plans of either 3 or 6 months. We also have 3-month microdosing plans for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide if you're interested in weight management and have a BMI of 20+ Based on your clinical eligibility, your assigned WeightCare physician will ensure you receive the dosing most appropriate for your goals.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Our team of licensed U.S. physicians are trained in weight loss and weight management. They can prescribe medications and supplements for either weight loss or weight management via telemedicine.

What are GLP-1s and how do they work?

GLP-1 receptor agonists like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (which also has another hormone called GIP) work by delaying gastric emptying.When your stomach takes more time to digest food, it sends signals to your brain that you’re full. This ‘fullness’ signal is sent to the brain all day, even if you’re eating less food than usual. This is how these medications lead to appetite suppression and weight loss.

What happens if my WeightCare doctor decides that I'm not a candidate for the medication?

If you are deemed a non-candidate for a particular WeightCare treatment by your assigned WeightCare physician, then you will be refunded in full.

What if I need a higher dose?

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program

• If you need to increase to a higher dose, you will need to let your physician know during your check-in.
• There are no price increases as you go up in dose each month under our standard plans.

How does shipping work?

All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy. Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within5-7 business days from the time your prescription is written. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep up to date on your package's tracking so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.
