In addition to the many products that ConsumerLab.com selects for testing on its own (based on reader suggestions and market data) for inclusion in its Product Reviews, manufacturers and distributors interested in the potential of having a product certified by CL as Approved for Quality and bear the CL Certification Seal may request that the product be tested through ConsumerLab’s Quality Certification Program. The program, established in 1999, is the oldest, independent quality certification program for dietary supplements. Testing is conducted in the same manner as for CL-selected products, with test samples not accepted directly from the manufacturer (see how products are evaluated). The voluntary Quality Certification Program is designed to help consumers identify additional high-quality products on the market. Certified products are indicated with a flask-shaped CL icon in results tables of respective Product Reviews.

Test results and details about each product are found within respective Product Reviews along with similar information for 1,000+ additional products selected for testing by ConsumerLab that are not listed below and are only available to CL members, along with CL's Top Picks and extensive clinical information about efficacy, dosage, and safety. Note: Certification is for 24 months. Products with current certification are shown in bold font. Products certified earlier are not allowed to promote their certification or bear the CL Seal.
