Alumina ceramic is a ceramic material with (AI2O3) as the main body, which is used in thick film integrated circuits.
Alumina ceramics have good conductivity, mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. Silicon nitride ceramics is an inorganic material that does not shrink when sintered with (Si3N4) as the main body. Silicon nitride is very strong, especially hot-pressed silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest substances in the world.
These two materials have certain commonalities. It is hard to say which one is better. It depends on the actual usage to choose the material.
