The functional part I had printed uses a lot of very small geometry for important features, and JLC does a fantastic job printing such a difficult model. Their sanding job is also very impressive!

This order was a bit different than usual, because I needed to separate analog grounds, avoid noise among many other things, I tried to make several personal boards and they didn't work correctly, I decided to try my luck if with JLCPCB it could work due to the quality of their boards, and of course it worked as it should, I was able to finish my project on time and with higher quality.

I ordered a steel prototype for a pencile I wanted to produce in slightly larger quantity from titanium, the wall thicknes of my design was to small, but costumer service offered me to print it anyway but on my own risk, so I did... I dont know what the engineers have done, but it workted out perfect, no crack, no warp, no slight imperfection. Only slight layer lines and the measurements were slightly over the CAD specifications, but thats a SLM 3D-printing thing in general and not on them. If you want tight tolerances (<0.5mm) you need to machine it to specification after delivery, same as if you would order cast parts. Excellent quality. Nice and clear print without any defects. Holds up well even with chamber temps exceeding 90C over many hours.

Economic PCBA

I’m really happy with how the parts turned out. The dimensions are accurate, and everything fits together just the way I planned. The curved surfaces came out nice and smooth, which makes a big difference for how the duct works compare to FDM. The airfoil shape is smooth enought to creates a low-pressure zone around the vent that helps pull hot air out efficiently. It’s always great when the final result matches the design, and in this case the performance is just as good as the look. Overall, I’m impressed and very satisfied with the quality of the work.
