Product Introduction

On the side is the control panel. The functions on the panel include PCBA of intelligent toilet, front and back adjustment of cleaning position, three-level adjustment of cleaning intensity, three-level adjustment of water temperature, seat temperature and air temperature, and finally, quick buttons for children, cleaning and energy saving. According to the printed content, users can adjust the corresponding functions conveniently.

Product function

In terms of waterway, the water inlet pipeline enters the water tank through an electronic water valve, and the water tank is equipped with a heater, a temperature sensor and a water level meter. One path is used for flushing by the nozzle, and the other path of heated water enters the flushing nozzle through the flow regulating valve and is pressurized by the nozzle motor for flushing.

The warm air blower is located below the main control board, and the periodic heat and motor control wiring are connected to the main board through connectors.

Details about the PCBA

The PCBA of intelligent toilet can be divided into five parts according to its functions: power supply circuit, key input and display, seat temperature control, warm air control and waterway control.

Power Supply Circuit

First of all, let's look at the power supply circuit. The power supply input interface is located at the lower right side of the circuit board. A fuse is connected in series behind the live wire. Then a voltage-sensitive circuit and a safety capacitor are connected in parallel between the live wire and the zero wire. Then, high-voltage alternating current is converted into low-voltage direct current through ballast bridge, AC\DC power chip, voltage regulator, large capacitor and other devices. -Part of it is directly used as driving power supply for the back end, and the other part is used to supply power to the main control chip through an LDO chip.

Key Input and Display

In the key input and display part, the yellow interface is connected to the key input and display circuit, and the main controller interacts with the key input and display board through the communication interface to set the user's key configuration and parameter display. There is also a buzzer in the middle of the circuit board for the user to control the response prompt.

Seat Temperature Control

In the seat temperature control part, the internal dark green interface is connected to the ambient temperature sensor, and the color interface is connected to the seat temperature sensor. The main controller performs loop control on the seat temperature heater by detecting the external environment temperature and the seat temperature sensor. The seat heater is isolated by optical coupler and driven by a low-power bidirectional thyristor.

Warm Air Control

The warm air control part, the main controller controls the bidirectional thyristor to drive the warm air heater through the optocoupler, and the other one drives the warm air fan to blow out hot air through the triode for drying.

Waterway Control

In the waterway control part, the red interface is connected with the float water level switch to detect the water level of the water tank, and the main controller controls the water level of the water tank by controlling the main valve drive. The color and purple interfaces are water inlet temperature and water outlet temperature sensors respectively, which are used to control and adjust the water temperature. The water heating driving part is driven by the way of optocoupler controlling bidirectional thyristor because of its high power. The main controller adjusts the nozzle position through the nozzle motor control and controls the water pressure through the flow regulating valve drive, thus realizing the function of hip washing.

The most important component in the whole intelligent toilet circuit is MCU located in the middle of the main control board. To control the detection of so many motors, heaters and sensors, not only a large number of IO pins and ADC inputs are needed, but also strong anti-interference ability is needed.
