Manual Load (ML) and Auto Loading (AL) models are available. The automatic loaders can be custom configured on the left or right side of the machines. The automatic loading units feature a fully integrated hydraulic side loading system. These are suited for larger generators that prefer to automate the transfer and loading process. At the touch of a button, 80 gallon toters/bins are lifted safely without any need for users to manually lift heavy loads of wet food waste. With the addition of our food waste grinding system, we can also automatically load directly into the dehydrator so there is no need to manually separate and handle food waste

The unit has an integrated centrifugal dewatering system that removes up to 60% of the water volume. The semi-dry pulp is fed into the small bin that slides neatly into the unit. This is ideal for smaller kitchens or areas where the connected vacuum system is not viable. The food waste pulp can be manually fed into any of our Giants for further processing.

Our Multi-Transfer Bio-Grinders are designed for larger facilities with multiple kitchens. Up to 8 Bio-Grinders can be placed in various locations within your kitchen, or in various kitchens on different levels or locations of your building(s). It munches your food waste (and compostable packaging), and then automatically transfers the food pulp using a standard 2 inch interconnected vacuum pipe system.These pipes converge to a centralized collection point (e.g. a loading dock or waste room) where it can be paired with any of our Giants for further processing.
When your ground up food waste arrives at the centralized location, we have several options available for you, depending on your preferences for reuse and local hauling options:
Up to 60% moisture removed. The semi-dry pulp is gravity fed into 80-gallon bins that can be collected by our approved haulers nationwide.
Wet food pulp can be pumped out and hauled away by our approved haulers nationwide.
Creates a biologically stabilized 90% volume reduced output that can be stored for extended periods before being collected. The biomass is a dry, fertilizer-like product.
Creates a liquefied output that is disposed of down your sanitary line. Please note that this option is not available in all areas, secondly, it may also increase trade waste-related service costs but can be ideal in certain environments.
