I had recently just tried to purchase the item that I’ve bought from you today from another what I thought was a tool vendor or sales establishment. Unfortunately, I found out that the company did not exist in the entire set up was rigged just to steal money from hard-working people such as My self. I actually went the very next day after canceling a credit card and making necessary changes with my bank to my local Home Depot and was told by one of the cashiers that they had dealt with Arbor before, and she found that you guys were very professional and had absolutely no problems dealing with. I would like to echo her thoughts to you all and thank you very much. I’ve been looking for this tool For sometime now, and I hope that I can continue to do business with your company seeing that everything I was told and so far everything that I’ve seen from your sight has nothing questionable and or non-professional about it. If all goes well, I will probably be buying more batteries for the 8 V gyroscopic controlled Dewalt drill from you guys in the future because I have heard that they are discontinuing the line. It would be truly wonderful if somebody there could shed some truth to that fact, if they indeed are discontinuing the tools line. I find the tool very necessary for me to continue to be productive at my job in my later years with the onset of arthritis from doing the same job for over 30 years. If I am unable to get the batteries for the drill, I will have to result back to using a power drill, which is often very awkward and Cumbersome to use. This is probably the most complete in-depth review I’ve ever given about any site. I hope somebody does indeed read this and maybe possibly give me a reprieve on the $49 shipping fee. And hey, if you guys do that, You’ll have a friend for life here. Happy new year and may God bless all of you.

The website is easy to use. I sent a question for them to get back to me on. They responded within a few minutes. Then they asked me for the product link. I sent it over and they responded with they have it in stock. Which is good but they never answered my question. Shipping was reasonably priced. I will update when I receive the product.

It was great to find they have the flooring available I have been looking for everywhere. It was discontinued by Home Depot a few years ago. The ordering process was easy and I like the order now pay upon delivery option. We are prepping the house to sell and only needed 25 pieces of flooring vs replacing the entire floor and costing a lot of money.
