Biological Activity

Amphiphilic G protein activator peptide that binds to G i and G o. Also binds with high affinity to calmodulin (K d ~ 0.9 nM) and inhibits sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca 2+-ATPase (K i = 4.4 mM).
